Making My New Profile Pic!

Hey everyone! Vanilla here! I’ve been working on a new profile pic, and I thought I’d show you how I made it!

The very first thing I did was draw a draft. I grabbed my pencil and started drawing what my profile pic would generally look like.

I then drew the same picture, just bigger. It’s way easier to paint a bigger space than a smaller one!

Next, you guessed it, I painted my drawing! This is my favorite part to do. It just makes your drawing spring to life! Not literally, but you know what I mean… 😛

Here’s what it looked like after I finished painting it! I also outlined it with a pen. This makes the lines much easier to see.

The paper I drew this cake-thingy on was kinda messy; covered in paint, pen marks, and failed attempts at drawing. So, I cut the drawing out and stuck it on another piece of paper! 😀

After that, I snatched up my iPad and started editing! I cleared got rid of all the blemishes, brightened up the entire photo, and darkened the pen lines.

And after much drawing, erasing, painting, photo-taking, and editing, I got this!
